About a dozen people stopped by in the course of our one-hour meeting on Saturday February 28 to participate in a S.W.O.T. exercise about TSL.

- friendly communication - weekly meetings, blog, notices
Weaknesses
- communication
- people not attending meetings
- meetings not having a purpose
- poorly advertised events
- location (many “below the mainland” islands are locked)
- low number of events now
- Eye4You is challenging to navigate
Opportunities
- advertise in other places, like the TSL welcome center
- get some volunteers to teach lit classes (maybe for credit)
- use TSL to promote programs in other venues, ie www.stickam.com
